About Juan Rivas
A bridge between the owner, the technical team and the operation.
I try to be the adviser I wish I had ten years ago.
Someone who understands what is at stake for the owner, earns the technical team's respect, and stays close enough to implementation to make change actually work.
I do not come from consulting alone. I have been a sound engineer, engineer, founder, CEO, team lead, supplier and client.
I have experienced growth, payroll pressure, funding, product development and also the closure of a business.
That is why I understand the owner who knows something must change but cannot pause the company to make it happen. I also understand the technical team that distrusts a consultant who arrives with a slide deck before learning how the operation actually works.
For more than 25 years I have worked across live audio, broadcast, theatre, touring and major events. I also founded and led 6D Lab, delivered more than 80 innovation projects, and have worked internationally from a factory in Tanzania to the Olympic Games.
My job is to connect those conversations and turn them into decisions, systems and working habits that hold up in the real world.
